Introducing the new TorTrack System

The Weather Centre is introducing its new TorTrack system, capable of detecting where a tornadic storm will go, and what cities will be affected.
This system will be implemented today or tomorrow, and there will be a TorTrack image with every tornado warning, unless there is an outbreak occurring.
